Hi there,

i have the "Oops, something went wrong, probably too many files." bug that should be fixed in 17.2.5 (https://bugs.bareos.org/view.php?id=887).
I installed Bareos via the Package Manager (http://download.bareos.org/bareos/release/latest/Debian_9.0/), where just the 17.2.14 Version is available.

Now, whats the best way to get the newest releases (17.2.15+)?

Thanks & best,
Thomas

you could:

- compile 17.2.7 yourself, how to do this is documented in dev manual
and several times on this list. Just use the search function.

- wait for public release of 18.2.x, which is actually a release candidate

- get paid support from Bareos, which enables you to access packaged
bugfix releases directly.

Regards,

Andreas
